Is listing really free?

Yes, for every service, whatever its CQC rating: no monthly fee, no charge for clicks or page views, and the full profile rather than a cut-down tier. All services must pass our quality assurance checks (unrated providers have more checks).

What is the catch?

Listings, enquiries and placements are free with no end date. Find Care earns from optional Featured placement.

Who else will be listed beside me?

Only services we have verified as Good or Outstanding, or vetted while awaiting a first inspection, and only those that pass our checks. There is no maximum number of eligible ordinary listings per district. Results are ordered by rating, then distance, never by what a provider pays.

How do families find me?

By postcode district or town on Find-Care, and through search engines and AI answers that read our structured profiles. You appear in every district you cover from one application.

What is the enquiries switch?

Free enquiries are enabled once your listing is approved and ready. Your Manager can pause and resume them at any time. Enquiries and placements are free, with no end date.

What is Featured, and do I need it?

No. Featured is an optional sponsored placement in a separate marked box, £95 a month for a care home (2 slots per district) or £25 a month for care at home (2 slots per district), with 28 days notice to cancel. It never changes the order of search results.

Can I cancel?

You can pause enquiries at any time. Free listings have no contract term or cancellation notice. Featured can be cancelled with 28 days written notice.
